Dear Diary,

Birmingham told 1500 of its denizens to come our way last Sat. Those who did not require an IV supply of nutrients just to make it through another torrid Alabama night in July were rewarded with an olympian display of sweating by yours truly and the others in the band. (I must say I was the pace car in that regard).

Will you all tell somebody to turn down the heat?

I think I'm gonna take a 3 week shower.
