Flamingo's, Exit In, Beta Georgia TechDear Diary,
Monday finds us gearing up for our northern expedition to Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Our eel-ectric mittens, thermos bottles, and dictionaries will be in a very secure part of the RV.

Last week was a crazyquilt minitour. Flamingo's brought us to K-town on Tues. and we must say we are nuts about the club. The crowd was great for a Tuesday nite, and we had a helluva time with our UT friends. The club has some new laser lights, which are the ninnies- (I got dizzy staring into one of them and called my mother right in the middle of the show- it was after 10-she was none too pleased.) Two of the girls there, Lesley and Lauren, came to our show in Atlanta this past Saturday and brought me a club tie for my skirt. Uh, thank ya vera much.
Friday was the Exit In here in Nashville. The Exit is an institution here in town we started playing years ago and has its own very special place in our history. We saw alot of familiar faces there, Michele from Auburn being one, and a few of my friends showed up. We had soooome fun.
Saturday was the Return of the Beta to the Beta House at Georgia Tech. I was Beta at SMU and am always glad to be playing for my brothers. The social there couldn't have been nicer, and the crowd got dowwwwn very seriously. I was worried somebody had gone crazy but it was only a mild reaction to a Ministry song. A couple of asprin did the trick. It was a beautiful nite. It was a beautiful thang. It makes me feel dumb being around so many smart people, but I pulled out my best cocktail chatter and faked my way through.
